(Nucl.Phys.A is also ok.) If we want to read any papers from NuInt01 sooner next year, we can find them in e-print or e-conf. The proceedings is used for later reference. Probably, most of the speakers will publish their paper in Los-Alamos e-print in a few months. If we can show the paper version in Web after permission of the publisher, it's better, as Dave suggests(?). Do you have any good idea or any example?
