Even if they would do it, one loses an overall view. I think it would be much better to have a 'Proceedings' page attached to the NuInt01 Web page. I have done it for the Linear Collider workshop, and it was very useful. You would need to have a publisher to agree to it, but it is probably much easier to negotiate one blanket agreement than having each of the participants doing it on his/her own..
