Membership and shift schedule/credit information:
• Shift calendar - including SK shifts - for run 2004-5 (October 2004 through March 2005)
• Official membership list (includes E-mail and phone/fax info) for K2K members. Last update: stamped on page.
  • Author lists in LaTex, generated from membership list.
    • alphabetically, by name (Physics Letters format)
    • grouped by institute (Physical Review Letters format)
      Last update: stamped on page.
  • Authorship rules updated June, 2005.
  • New member registration (or old member information update). This form submits your personal info to the K2K member database.
  • Shift quotas for 2004, by country and institute, generated from membership list. (Count of Active members excludes past members, count of shift takers also excludes "technical" members, who are not co-authors.)
• Shift Punchclock - register shift credit here.
