K2K Shift Credit Punch Clock

Submit this form once per shift, DURING the official time span of your shift (if you arrive early, wait until your shift start time has passed before submitting). Submissions before and after your shift time period, or from terminals outside the K2K shift work area, will be ignored.
If you accidentally submit with the wrong name selected, just do the procedure over. Only the last entry logged for a given shift is used.
If your shift is cancelled on short notice, you will receive credit anyway. You do not need to submit this form.
If you forget to punch in during your shift period, e-mail J. Wilkes promptly to receive credit.

Just check the shift calendar.

Now, select your shift time:

NOTE:
If your name does not appear, it is not on the official K2K list of currently-active members! You cannot receive shift credit until you are on this list. Go to the K2K Member Registration page and register. Supply at least your name, email address, institute, phone number, and the date you started working on K2K. (Use this page also if you have changed institutes or other info.)
