from Ishii-san at KEK, or your local group leader).
Plan to sit 3 training shifts before your first solo shift.
Your first-time travel plan must include arriving at Kamioka early for this
purpose.
Register with the SK dormitory so you can reserve
rooms when you need them: see http://www-sk.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/form/
and click on the link "web account for Kamioka dormitory
reservation". Fax this form to +81-578-5-2121, marked "To:
Kamioka Dormitory Web Account", or send information requested on it
to hotel@suketto.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp

NOTE: there are NO convenient hotels near SK, so be sure to
book a dorm room as early as possible! Otherwise, you may have to spend
considerable time travelling to and from shift each day.
