KEK ELECTRONICS RENTAL for K2K
Based on tutorials given by T.Kobayashi(KEK)

Procedure to borrow
the KEK pool electronics modules:
- Go to the electronics shop.
KEK Building #2, 1st Floor. Phone: 5436/3190.
- Find modules you want to borrow.
Modules are in a room at 2nd floor of elec. shop.
You can ask elec. shop people where the key of the room is.
- Fill a form, supplied in the shop, with KEEP IDs and names of
the modules.
You also need to specify the date when the modules will be returned.
The date should be in the same fiscal year as you borrow
the modules. Thus usually we can write the date as `March
31, 1999' in this JFY.
- Get signature of the contact person.
For K2K, Takashi Kobayashi(Honkan 3F 325 or Minami-tateya,
phone:5425/5388, beep:669) at present.
If you can not find him in urgent, you can get the signature
from M.Sakuda(Honkan 2F 201, 5433,B:339).
- Get signature of electronics
addministrator for PS related experiments.
Prof.Takao Inagaki (Honkan 3F-303 5413,B:331).
If you can not find him in urgent,
K.Nakamura(Honkan 308, 5435,B:045)(and next, M.Iwata),
PS-director(s), can give you approval.
- Take 3 xerox copies of the form.
Give 1 copy to Inagaki,
1 to Kobayashi(mail box @ Honkan 3F),
and keep 1 copy by yourself.
- Submit the form to the elec. shop.
- You can take the electronics modules.
