    Dear Makoto,
    
       It is getting close to the end of February and we have not yet
    contacted the authors of the proceedings regarding the "deadline".  It is
    really time to come to a conclusion as to who will take responsibility for
    which authors.
       In your message of 14 February you mentioned that you were going to
    produce a proposal.  I've been out of town on several short trips, but
    don't seem to have received anything from you on this topic.
