    Dear NuInt members,

Please connect your system 10 minutes before the meeting
so that we can start the meeting at 8:00am(JST) and finish
    it in an hour.

KEK (Sakuda)/ICRR (Suzuki)/Mine (Itow) call two access
numbers. Rome should call the number given in the list.
(Sorry, Paolo, it means an international call for you, this time.)

    > Feb.14 (Thur), at 8:00-9:00am (JST).
    > 8am(JST)=3pm(UCI)=5pm(FNAL)=6pm(Boston)=12pm(Rome/CERN)

    My note:
    (1) Please print and read
    http://neutrino.kek.jp/~sakuda/ichep/DraftAgreement.pdf
(Hayato sent you this attachment file already, though very
few people seem to read it.)

    (2) Regarding Paschos's proposal,
        First talk = Leptogenesis
Second talk = Neutrino interactions in the intermediate energy
Third talk (short one) in Panel session = This can be
naturally merged into the second talk. I think that this is what
        Paschos meant. This is reasonable.

    (3) Deadline of the paper to Editors may be changed from
the present Feb.28 to April 30, since the deadline date
                 ==================
when Editors give the whole papers to Publisher, is June 31.
The Proceedings will be printed in September.

    (4) Presentation of the papers in our Web prior to the Elsevier's
publication (September) does not seem to be allowed,
       according to Hayato.
There have been strong requests for this idea (Web).
