(3) Deadline of the paper to Editors may be changed from the present Feb.28 to April 30, since the deadline date ================== when Editors give the whole papers to Publisher, is June 31. The Proceedings will be printed in September. (4) Presentation of the papers in our Web prior to the Elsevier's publication (September) does not seem to be allowed, according to Hayato.
