    Dear Colleagues,
    
        I agree completely with Dave's response.
        I imagine we have all searched the literature for documentation
    related to the topic of our workshop and have been discouraged by the
    dearth of information.  This was one of the main reasons for having the
    workshop in the first place and it would be sad to lose potentially
    interesting ideas simply because the author reached page 8!
        In addition to KEK and Dave's supplementary financial contribution, I
    might be able to get the Directorate to increase the $4K from Fermilab if
    necessary.
