    I think we should be as generous as possible in the page allocation for
    the MC generators, since most of these have never been documented in
    print before.  Hopefully 6 pages is sufficient.
    
    I sort of wonder whether 4 pages is sufficient for the theoretical
    calculations.  
    
    I would support Nakamura-sensei's suggestion that we allow people more
    space (if they need it) even at the risk of increasing the cost
    slightly.  Assuming we are talking about relatively small sums O($1K), I
    can contribute something as well.  We are so starved for information in
    the literature on these subjects that it would be a pity to force people
    to omit useful material just to save a few Euros.
