Dear all,

 I received a message from a contact person in Elsevier 
Japan today. She said that one of the proceedings which 
had been scheduled to be published in the next year was 
postponed and thus, we can publish the proceedings in 
the next year.

 Therefore, I asked her to proceed the process for
the preparation.

p.s. They said that the cost will be about 43Euro/copy.
