    Hello,
This is NOT related to NuInt01. But as almost all organizers of NuInt01
may be interested in seeing this and I have no complete list of your
e-mail addresses, I am sending you through the opc.nuit01 e-mail address
    list.

As some of you know, along with the study sessions that we had during
my stay at KEK, Dr. Nakamura and I have been composing a lecturenote
on the issues related to the neutrino-nucleus quasi-elastic reactions at
the low GeV energy region where hadronic (not quark/gluon) treatments are
relevant. We have nearly completed it except for the last subsection on
the final-state interaction and semi-inclusive reactions. Since we will
not have a time to complete it for a while (perhaps until late January),
we have decided to release it in this version for now. In this, many of
the issues we discussed at the study sessions are elaborated. This
lecturenote is being planned to be eventually a KEK preprint, but it is
now an incomplete document and is NOT YET ready as a KEK preprint.

So, this is just for your info. and we really appreciate your comments and
suggestions. Please discard it if it is not of your interest.
    Thank you.
    Seki
