    Dear Colleagues,

Not only this workshop but all the other workshops lately
receive such request for invitation letters.
It is clear that they want visas to enter Japan.
It is our responsibility if they enter this country and do
    any illegal things.

We will not send any invitation letters to those people
outside nuclear physics and high energy physics.

    Regards,
    Makoto Sakuda
