Dear OPC members,

 Some people need to submit a contributed paper at least 
in order to get a travelling expense. 

 After talking with Suzuki-san, we propose to display
contributed papers on a desk.       

 If we had enough manpower and time, we might prepare a
poster session. But, I do not think that many of us want to spend
time on the poster session at night after a long plenary session.
