              The Total Cross Section Measurements for Neutrino and
              Antineutrino in 3-30 GeV Energy Range at IHEP

                            ABSTRACT
      The results of total cross section measurement for neutrino and
   antineutrino interactions with isoscalar target in the 3-30 GeV energy
   range have been presented.The data were obtained with IHEP-JINR 
   Neutrino Detector(ND) in the "natural" neutrino beams of the U-70 GeV
   accelerator.The significant deviation from the linear dependence for
   the total cross section versus neutino energy is deteminated in the energy
   range less than 15 GeV.In this time the Collaboration is upgraded ND with
   an aim to detect elastic scattering neutrino on protonax at the neutrino
  (neutrino energies 0.8-4.0 GeV,active neutrino target from liquid scitillator
   counters)for receiving the information about contribution the strange quarks
   to the proton spin(testing BNL experiment E-747).Neutrino and antineutrino
   data might make it possible to reconstruct neutrino spectra and to 
   obtain cross sections on bound nucleon.In December we will  have final test
   run and in March-April 2002 year large run is planning for the obtaining
   statistic.
