Chirkov System from Quadrupole Lenses for Obtaining Neutrino Beams at High Energy Accelerators It is proposing for obtaining high quality neutrino beams(high intensity and low admixture from another types neutrino) system from quadrupole lenses. This system is consisting from three functional parts. The first part is forming the intensive wide band beam of secondary pions and kaons, the second part is compensating the dispersion and the third part is icreasing the dimensions of the meson beam and correspondently the angle divergensy of it. For clearing the meson beam from the accompaning particles the first two parts of the optical system are making a bending of the hadron beam on the 50-100 mrad by shifting in the transversal positions the quadrupole lenses relatively the optical axis of the system. The maximal capture of secondary pions and kaons inside the channel can be provided with the using the known systems:horn, parabolic lens or a system from the coaxial tubes around the target. The results of our calculations and optimization of proposed optical scheme for forming the neutrino beams on the experimental arrangements: Super-Kamiokande and Gran-Sasso are represented P.S.
