    Dear Dave,

What would you like to answer him now?
I wish that you could answer him politely.

We do not accept his request because
    1) Program is already packed.
    2) His talk will be mainly on the accelerator and beam.
    3) The talk on IHEP experiment is assigned to Vovenko.

No one seems to agree to add this talk to the program or
    to Poster session.

Regarding the invitation letter and Visa documents, I think that it is more
appropriate that JHF office which accepts his talk should
take care of Visa documents, since we need the documents
in which we explain to Japanese Council why we invite him
etc. I learned the necessary Visa documents that Suzuki_san
sent me. Prof. Nagae of JHF office is in the same floor and
I am glad to talk to Nagae_san about Dr. Ammosov.

    Regards,
    Makoto Sakuda

    Dear Dave,
I agree with you completely. First talk about current IHEP neutrino beams
is suitable for your Workshop, but the second one should be rejected.
Hope the acceptance of the 1-st talk will be stated by Program Committee
asap and i will have a chance to ask the invitation for visa application
    etc, to be in time.

    With best regards , Vladimir
