We had a short meeting on Session 2/4/7. 

(One erratum:
Subject:Minutes of OPC_J meeting (01/Sep/28,9-11am)

1) We clarify unconfirmed speakers. We also check any
possible speakers who are asking full/local support.

To Session Conveners, Please send such information. 

2) Itow will assign time to the program.
3) Session 2 

   Jorge, Could you recommend a speaker for MINOS?
       b) nu-mu->nu-mu and nu-mu->nue at MINOS     --- 

   Mangano cannot come for a talk  5) QCD OR STRONG INTERACTIONS   
   and wants to recommend his collaborator.

   Sakuda will contact Berstein for a talk on CP.

4) Session 4 
  There are discussions on time allocation. 
  Details will be included after Itow-san updates 
  the time assignment.       

4) Session 7 
  Itow-san will contact Para for the lastest status.
