Seki chaired the meeting for Sessions 5 and 6.

He would like to re-confirm the agreement of Session 5/6 meeting
    with Casper.

    **(1) Seki will organize
5.2) Benchmarck calculations and Theoretical calculations(Seki*)
by communicating with theorists and Casper,

    while Casper will organize
    5.1) MC Generators (Casper*)
by communicating with each Monte Carlo expert.
In Session 5.1), each expert will explain his Monte Carlo
and show benchmark plots and event-sample comparison.

**(2) Seki will update the list of benchmark plots in addition
to the present ones (QE inclusive and semi-inclusive).

**(3) Casper's proposal for a universal Monte Carlo is fine.
This will be discussed in Panel discussion session.
He will organize this plan and we will support his proposal.
We hope that this activity will develop.
    This is a long-term project.

**(4) In a short term, we would like to ask Casper to show the content or
guideline of the event-sample comparison within a week,
namely a rough guideline of Session 5.1).

[For example, (this is not our opinion, but my own opinion)
In addition to the basic things like,
Interaction modes considered and the reference
Fermi-gas model or Shell model and the reference, and
     Each cross section vs energy,

    one shows
The features of the model or what the model sells,
    Some of benchmark plots,
Content of event-sample comparison etc. pion multiplicity etc]

-> Dave, please suggest a guideline soon. We do not think that
those people who received your e-mail have understood what
    they should do.

**(5) Format of Panel Discussion =
    6. Panel Discussion, Chair, Seki; Associate Chair, D. Casper
A discussion leader (*) present his opinion for 10 minutes,
    then
Two comentators give their own view. (5+5 minutes)
    Open discussion follows. (10 minutes)
The leader concludes the topics. 10min

        1) How should Fermi gas model be applied and made
         realistic? (Vogel*/comments; Langanke and Toki)

        2) How important nuclear correlations are and how
should be incorporated, and how the final-state
           interactions are best treated?
(Pandharipande*/comments, Co and Ciofi degli Atti*)
        3) How should the pion production be treated?
(Vincente-Vacas* /comments by Hayato, Kaneyuki, and Singh*)
        4) Resonances/DIS (A.Bodek ?) <-- Morfin

       General discussion:
        5) The universal neutrino-nucleus MC code. (Casper*)

**(6) Proposal for the panel discussion:
    (1) We will prepare a tape recorder during this session
so that we can summarize the discussion in the proceedings.

    (2) This session will go into the evening session.
We arrange this session to the end of the 3rd day.
We will end this session no matter how long it will take.
We may prepare Refreshments (Tea, Wine and Cheese).

**(7) Review on Form factors - Kubodera or Singh
We would like to move this talk from Session 6 to Session 3-4).
     3. Theoretical Issues of Neutrino-Nucleus Interactions and Nuclear Effects
       4) NEUTRINO-NUCLEUS INTERACTIONS INCLUDING NUCLEAR EFFECTS

**(8) We are receiving many contribution papers.
We will estimate the time within this week.
We should decide the program soon.
