Dear NuInters,

I have been in contact with DPF and DNP secretaries.  The DPF will
forward a short(1-paragraph) announcement of nuint01 to all of its
memebers with a pointer to a web page.  The DNP does not forward
messages but will put a notice on their web page and in their next
printed news letter(at the end of Oct).  Is the final version ready to
send and the web page publicly avaliable now?
