We are sending you the first bulletin of the workshop, held on December 13-15(16th reserve), 2001 at KEK. Workshop URL is http://neutrino.kek.jp/nuint01/ The topics will include the following subjects: 1. Neutrino-nucleus interactions, and their relation to neutrino oscillations, proton decay studies and astrophysics 2. Review of electron-nucleus interactions and neutrino-nucleus interactions 3. Theoretical review of low energy neutrino-nucleon interactions and nuclear effects 4. Comparison of neutrino event generators 5. Future experiments for precise neutrino-nucleus interactions Please look at Web for more details. We are setting up the detailed program now.
