    In principle, if you deliver the manuscripts 1 month late this would entail
    a delay in publication of 1 month. However, I cannot guarantee the validity
    of this inasmuch as we do expect to receive another proceedings by the end
    of July the publication of which may interfere with the production of your
    proceedings book (if the editors of that conference manage to meet their
    deadline they will be given a preferential treatment). Furthermore, the end
    of July falls smack in the middle of the holiday season and we just might
    encounter capacity problems. I certainly hope that this will not be the case
    but it is a possibility that cannot be ruled out entirely.
    
    As for the preliminary pages, these will be typeset by us. Therefore no
    particular style file is required. A draft version of these pages will
    suffice. See also the Notes attached to this mail.
    
    The List of Participants (prepared as CRC as it is not going to be typeset
    by us) does not have to obey certain layout rules and can be prepared
    according to your own style but should fit the page format (maximum width of
    16 cm and maximum length of 21 cm).

    I am one of Guest Editors of 
    First Workshop on Neutrino-Nucleus Interactions in the Few
    GeV Region (NuInt01), December 13-16, 2002. 
    
    Following the agreement document, we are doing our best to
    edit/complete the Proceedings by the end of this month. 
    We still wait for the submission of 4-5 papers. 
    Some papers include some mistakes and we ask authors to
    correct them. 
    
    I am afraid that we cannot complete the Proceedings within
    this month, but we are sure that we can give the whole paper to you 
    at the end of July. 
    
    My question is 
    1) what will happen to the date of the publication if we
    hand you the whole papers at the end of July? 
     I think that this is a realistic schedule, since we have 
     more than 90% of the typescripts.
    
    2) I am finishing writing the preface, Program and Page number, 
    and List of Participants. They should have
    its own style file. Could you supply us with the style file
    for them?
