Dear Sakuda-san,

apologies.. apologies.. apologies..  Latest developments with
the NuMI off-axis took all of my time, I have to put together a Letter of
Intent for the Program Advisory Committe. It is done and I am working
on my paper. I have some 60% done. I expect to finish it tomorrow and you 
will get it by this weekend.
