	Hi,

I will have my contribution to the Proceedings ready, hopefully next
weekend.

I have one question though.  The style file provided results in the
first page of my paper being numbered "1".  The instructions on the web
suggest that camera-ready output will be provided, which means
everyone's contribution will begin on "Page 1".  Is this something I
shouldn't worry about?
