Dear Editors,

This is the final version of my contributions which has a very small
correction on page 7 of the paper "Neutrino Interactions at Low and
Medium Energies" (EAPJapan2.tar.gz) replacing the text:"the value R_1 =
0.42 ... of 6\%."  to  "the value R_1 = 0.33\pm0.03 which has
a \sim 10\% error"
and acknowledgments for the both
papers.
