                   Workshop URL: http://neutrino.kek.jp/nuint01

     Dear Colleagues,

The nuint web page(http://neutrino.kek.jp/nuint01/) has been updated
with the final scientific program and the latest information
regarding the workshop. Web registration is still open. Please
register if you are interested in the workshop.

Before leaving for KEK, please visit our home page and check the
transportation, and building map of KEK shown in the accommodation
     section.

We all look forward to seeing you at the workshop.

     Best regards,
                                        Sincerely,
                                      Makoto Sakuda
on behalf of NuInt01 organizing and program committee

                           secretariat through E-mail: nuint01@neutrino.kek.jp

     Important Notices:
     -----------------

     1) Workshop site and Registration

All the workshop talks will be held in the seminar hall, on the
ground floor of KEK building 4, except for day 3(the 15th), session
5-1, which will be held in R345, on the 3rd floor of the same
building. The registration office will be open in front of the
seminar hall from 08:20 to 12:00 on the first day (13th). Please do
necessary sign-ups etc there. The workshop fee is 10,000 Japanese yen
(Cash only), which includes a copy of proceedings, coffee/tea, a
reception party on the evening of the 13th, and refreshments on the
evening of the 15th. Some bread/coffee/tea (not enough though) will
be served at 8:30am at the workshop site.

     2) Presentation

An ordinary overhead projector and a LCD projector with a computer
(PowerPoint installed) will be available. You can also use your own
laptop computer connected to the LCD projector. We would like to get
the computer-file of your presentation material (in postscript, pdf
or ppt) through the network or directly from your laptop computer.
If no such file is available, you are kindly asked to let us make a
     photocopy of your slides.

If your files are available in advance through the network (on your
personal Web site, for example), please send the necessary
     information to nuint01@neutrino.kek.jp.

The files will be up-loaded, after your talk, to our Web page and be
available to those who are interested in the workshop.

     3) Computer Network

LAN cables for your laptop computer as well as a few PC terminals
will be available during the day in the Bldg.No3 conference room.

     4) Transportation from Hotel to KEK

To those who are staying in the Sky Hotel and Hotel Okura: The bus
starts at the Sky hotel at 7:50am, stops at the Hotel Okura at
8:00am, and reaches KEK at 8:30am.

For those who are staying at the Urban hotel, the bus leaves at
     8:20am.

When the workshop is over, the bus will take you to the hotel every
     day of the conference.

On the last day, we will take you to the Tsukuba Center
transportation center(This can only be done once, also please do not
     miss your reservation).

     5) To young postdocs and students:

We have some twin rooms reserved in the KEK dormitory (5 rooms for 10
people), where you can stay for 510 yen/night. Please let
register.nuint01@neutrino.kek.jp know your request within this week (
     - Sunday, Dec.8th) if you need a room. You probably will be sharing a
room with someone who you don't know.

     6) Poster Session

We will show the contribution papers in the registration desk.
