Dear all,

 It is a very good news.

 According to the editor of Elsevier, we have no problem
in putting the articles BEFORE the publication (before
Elsevier put the articles in their web pages).
 They only requested us to mention that those material 
will be published in Nuclear Physics B - Proceedings 
Supplements.
