    Dear Makoto,

As Dave already knows I fully support the idea of having NuInt02 at
UCI and I'm happy to hear that Dave is getting local support. I will be
talking with Mike Shaevitz this week to see if we can continue the level
of $4K or so financial support from Fermilab for the Workshop.
I just returned this weekend from WIN02 where I tried to summarize a
few points from NuInt01 for the neutrino working group. Many did not
realize the extent of the problem nor appreciate the wealth of nuclear
physics input to a solution so we may have a few more participants
    at the next edition.
Regarding a videoconference, I question whether it might be
sufficient to have a simpler-to-arrange phoneconference? Do we have that
much to show? In any case following is my availability assuming that the
meeting will take place starting at 4 or 5PM CST.
    							Best regards,
    							   Jorge
