I sent one e-mail previously. Another thing which is clarified is 4. the date when Organizing Committee give the whole proceeding papers to the Publisher. As written in the item 8, the Publisher will publish the Proceedings within 3 months upon receiving the complete manuscript from us. If the proceedings is going to be published in September (earliest case), we have to send the papers to the publisher on May 31, latest. -> This has to be checked with the publisher. I understand that September is the earliest case for the publication. We have to set the date when we send the complete manuscript to ublisher. Is May 31 ok? We may say April 30. Then, we have to set our own (internal) deadline, currently February 28, when speakers send the manuscript to Editors (us). I am afraid that February 28 may not be realistic. March 31, for example. We still have one month or two months before sending the complete set to the publisher. Hayato-san, can you check again the earlist date when the Proceedings is printed? If we have to give the complete manuscript to the publisher three months before that date, we can automatically set the date. The deadline can be set, considering the date. I am not reading e-mails till next Tuesday. Regards, Makoto Sakuda
