Accordingly, I propose to set aside about 20 minutes or so for discussions on this issue or any other recent appropriate issue in my panel discussion session before Dave's universal code. This will push Dave's talk to a really late time, but (alchoholic) refreshment being promised would hopefully make it easier to the audiance (but may not to Dave.) I have discussed the issue with Jorge. He will ask A. Bodek (a coauthor of the paper, hep-ex/0110059, in question) to present a brief coherent summary of the issue. If Bodek or anybody suitable could do it, I will then ask the audiance to give their comments after that. Hope this arrangement is agreeable to the OPC members, and would work out OK. Seki p.s. I will inform the benchmark theorists and the panel discussion leaders of this e-paper and of a possible occasion to discuss the issue.
