To all my friends on Super-K and K2K....

    I was very sorry to hear of the tragic setback to your program through
the loss of instrumentation at Super-K.
    I hope a way can be found to replace the lost PMTs so that you can
continue to produce superior physics results in the future as you have in
the past.
