It's OPC that decides. I vote for Nucl.Phys.B for wider distributions in HEP community. It will be paid by other than the registration fee (currently by KEK). Morfin will talk with Directors if he can get any support for the Proceedings. 2) Support for the invited speakers is a big problem for us. KEK will support Reception Party. 3) Visa documents -> Being taken care of. 4) Program Each convener reported the status. I updated the program according to the discusion as much as I can.
