    1) Discussion on Proceedings (Nuclear Physics Supplement)
      Cost = ~5000yen/volume 
      Nuclear Physics Supplement B or A. 
      It's OPC that decides. I vote for Nucl.Phys.B for wider 
      distributions in HEP community.  
      It will be paid by other than the registration fee
    (currently by KEK).
    
      Morfin will talk with Directors if he can get any support 
      for the Proceedings. 
      
    2) Support for the invited speakers is a big problem for us.
       KEK will support Reception Party. 
     
    3) Visa documents -> Being taken care of.
    
    4) Program 
       Each convener reported the status. 
       I updated the program according to the discusion as much
       as I can. Updated items are shown with **). 
    
    5) Schedule 
     *) We will ask a speaker the title of his talk within a week. 
     *) We update the program, ask comments from OPC/ASC and show it in Web.
        This will be done in the next 2 weeks.
