Dear OPCers,

I made a DCS reservation.  Jorge please make a local FNAL-BH
reservation.  Also if I did the calculation right in the US we will be
going off of daylight savings time before this meeting so the meeting
time will now be 6:00pm on the east coast instead of 7:00pm.
