    Dear Sakuda-san:
    
      Once we decide to display contributed papers (I agree to Sakuda-san's 
    proposal), we do not need to bother about accepting or rejecting each
    contribution. Probably we need to discuss whether or not we should 
    reserve some contributions for oral presentation, replacing last-moment
    cancellation. In such cases, giving more time to already scheduled talks 
    is another, probably better, solution.
