    	Dear Vladimir,

Thank you for your mails. I am a member of the Scientific Program
Committee, and wanted to acknowledge receipt of your mails.

You should realize that the organizers are spread over all continents
and discuss the program only periodically. Hence it is not surprising
that there was no immediate response to your mail.

I am only one member of the organizing committee (a junior one at that),
but I think your first proposed talk (on neutrino measurements with the
IHEP beam) would be most welcome. I hope the convenors of the
appropriate session will be able to accommodate it into the limited time
    available.

With regard to the second proposed talk, we have made an explicit
decision to avoid talks on possible future oscillation measurements, as
there are many conferences and workshops dealing with them and we wish
to focus this workshop exclusively on the largely neglected topic of
neutrino interactions. We have declined several offers of similar talks
    from other attendees already.

    Dave
