    Hi Itow-kun:

     * Give Shiozawa 20'+5' min. and shift lunch time. If you go to the onsite
    cafeteria too early, it will be crowded.

     * Think that most of the participants will stay at hotels outside KEK.
    It's better to reduce the time between the end of the last talk and the
    start of Reception at the onsite restaurant because most of the
    participants have nothing to do during that time.

     * Lunch time too short.

     * If you really think it's necessary to continue the session after dinner,
    you must tell the restaurant about it in advance. Otherwise the restaurant
    will not prepare dinner for scores of people. Once you ask the reatauran
    about it, you definitely need to ask participants to have dinner there.
    You must explicitly state it in the program.
      Other solution may be selling bento to those who have reserved one in
    advance.

    Regards,
