You can find titles and abstracts below. Please note that I have offered 2-nd talk also for the 1-st Int. JHF Workshop which is just before your Workshop(10-12 September). Please let me know about acceptance of my talks asap. With best regards , Vladimir 1. Title:Past and Present of Neutrino at the IHEP 70 Gev PS. Abstract The NB and WB neutrino beams are existing at the IHEP (Protvino,Russia) 70 GeV PS. In this report the characteristics of these beams are presented. Past and present neutrino experiments are described. Special attention is paid for possible usage of the beams for investigation of neutrino interactions in energy range 1-5 GeV. 2. Title:Prospects to measure neutrino oscillation curve with UNK underground detector. Abstract In this report, we discuss possibilities to measure neutrino oscillation curve with very long baseline neutrino detector placed in the existing 20 km tunnel at IHEP,Protvino. The High Intensity Proton Accelerators (HIPA) which are planned to be built in Japan (JAERI-KEK,~7000 km) and Germany (GSI, ~2000 km) are considered as possible sources of neutrino beams. It is shown that in the proposed detector it is feasible to measure the oscillation curve as unique proof for existence of neutrino oscillations. Precise measurements of disappearance oscillation parameters for muon neutrinos and antineutrinos can be done within a resonable time.
