Here are my thoughts anbout the session 7: - merits/disadvantages of the existing neutrino beams (K2K, CERN, FNAL-Booster, FNAL-NuMI,....) - Andre Rubbia - new near detector of K2K, its physics goals and potential - (Nakaya? Itow-san should probably decide about the apropriate speaker) - experimentation at JLAB: what are the existing fecilities/experiments, potential for modifications and upgrades, potential for new initiatives - near detector station at NuMI: overview, potential for dedicated experiments, constraints.. - Rob Plunkett - 'small ICARUS' detector as potential technique for studies of low energy neutrino interactions - Flavio Cavanna here is my latest idea, which, of course, I like very much: I would like to invite Suzuki-san to make a presentation: - strawman design of the experiments to address the physics issues identified at this workshop.
