This is my first opportunity to thank the committee for arranging the change in dates of our workshop to allow more MINOS participation. One interesting development from Snowmass comes from the neutrino scattering working group. There is a group from CERN looking at making a "baby" neutrino factory using the AD with the express purpose of measuring low energy neutrino cross sections, a similar group is being formed at Fermilab to consider the same using our 8 GeV Debuncher. Both of these groups as well as the post-MINOS NuMI experiment group have agreed to develop their ideas to a presentable level for this Workshop (which both Dave Casper and I announced in several sessions at Snowmass). There is real interest in the topics of our Workshop. I agree a video meeting would be helpful at this time. Following is my availability for a video meeting.
