Tracking Performance

Good agreement has been obtained for the track length (range) and the angle of the 2nd track in 2-track samples.

PID-related Distributions and Plots

Cluster size (Npix) for muon track and 2nd track (1st~4th layers) [GIF] [PS]
Likelihood distributions for the 2nd track of 2 track events
- We request tighter hit finding algorizm and second track being contained in SciFi.
- A MC track is recognized as "reconstructed" when at least two mc-to-reconstruct hit match exist in X fragment AND at least two hit match in Y fragment. "mis-reconstructed track" in the figure does not satisfy the condition.

P/pi separation efficiency (Nlayers >=3) [GIF] [PS]
Reference: likelihood distribution for primary track of MRD events, which should almost all to be MIP muons penetrating LG blocks.

Observed Q2 distributions are consistent with neut43(w1211).

K2KI MRD-2track-contained events

is our official. Other weights are for references.
***Note (Not Official)***: We need coherent pions. Null cross section is unlikely. But, unless we can fix the uncertainty in the multi-pion/DIS cross section, it is hard to separate 100% or 50% of the Rein-Sehgal coherent-pion cross section.
