Beam stability    -- MUMON and Near detectors --

  • Beam direction stability measured by MUMON (Ionisation Chamber) [(PostScript)]
  • Beam intensity stability measured by MUMON (Silicon peak) [(PostScript)].

    • ## NOTICE ##  

  • (1) This intensity stability is already normalized by CT.
  • (2) Horn current dependence of muon yield (measured by MUMON) and neutrino (Neutrino detector) is different. Thus, muon yield ratio, (other period)/(Jun-99), is different from that of neutrino.
  • (3) Neutrino event rate normalized by MUMON is shown by each detector group.

    • ## NOTICE ##   (1) 1kt event rate uses entire volume of 1kt, (2) SCIFI event rate is categorized by MRD3D events.
