MRD event rate summary and SK expect
Fiducial = radius<3m, 1-3rd iron (73ton), Nlayer>=2.
## NOTICE ## Up-dated spectrum error, based on 23%(69%)
uncertainties at 0.5-1(0-0.5)GeV bin.

Detection (& selection) efficiency as a function of muon energy
This is estimated by standard MC.
