RETURN EMAIL: petershagaya@mail2world.com INTRODUCTION: The proceeds derived from the sales of diamond by the liberian government was put into various projects of, award of contracts (which has all its multinational bidings done through the governments of African countries who took part in the Liberian civil war). Most of these contracts were however over invoiced by some officials of the participating countries in collaboration with a few Liberian officials. Now my current status of a civil servant will not allow me to participate in this process. The movement of the fund, Sixteen Million, Five hundred thousand United States dollars ($16.5m.) into A foreign available account can only be done in an official manner which will require, your name, company’s name, address, telephone and fax numbers . I will then forward the above information to the various government parastetals for processing of the contract number in question which will finally result to the movement of the above mentioned contract sum into a provided overseas account.This way, your company’s name will be used to apply for the payment and backdate the award of the already executed and over invoiced contract sum. The fund to be transferred is currently floating in the coffers of the Government bank (Central Bank). After a successful movement of the funds into your account,I am anticipating that we go into a joint partnership/investment. 10% of the total sum will be awarded to you for your participation. Note that the assistance of a foreigner is needed here due to the fact that the contract in question is in the field of a category 'A' contract. Usually a "reserve" for foreign contractors. And also due to the fact that, as a serving civil servant, our ethics and government laws will not allow for my involvement. The fund in question cannot also be lodged in any of our local banks. So the magnitude of your involvement cannot be over emphasized. Please, a sealed lips is one of our requirements needed for the success of this project.
