Editorial: A word from our chairman

I'm happy to report our first newsletter was an outstanding success!  We heard from many new members and people who gave us positive feedback and creative ideas.  To all those who took the time to send us your thoughts, we appreciate it.  This input will help us constantly improve this newsletter to make it a valuable tool of information and education.

After years of testing and research to develop our hosting and marketing distribution system, WSN TV 75 is expanding rapidly. We are now inviting professional multimedia specialists and educators to jump on board to have their work seen by people all over the world.

This month, I want to address the subject of education. WSN TV 75 is not only a company dedicated to marketing online entertainment, but we are also educating people to be online entrepreneurs. So we have a great interest in developing state-of-the-art online educational systems that will best fit people's needs.

With the economy shifting from an industrial base to an information base, hard working people are being laid off in droves. This is creating demand for re-training and re-education. At the same time, students are crowded into classrooms and taught outdated information with outdated methods.

We never heard much about A.D.D.-Attention Deficit Disorder until children started super-charging their brains with multi-media, multi-sensory electronic devices. These children are under-stimulated in educational systems designed before the Renaissance.

Overcrowded classrooms force children to compete for a single teacher's attention. Large class sizes force teachers to overuse lectures and they cannot give children the attention they need to learn effectively. The state of education is in need of vast improvement.

What can we do about it? Get involved in the online education revolution. WSN TV 75 is leading this cause and you can help us bring about the radical changes necessary to educate kids sufficiently. Working together, we can MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Buckminster Fuller was an architect who invented the geodesic dome. At one point in his life, he was a broken hearted, bankrupt man on the verge of suicide. He turned his life around by dedicating the rest of his to helping humanity. He made millions, then gave it all away. Then, did it again and again. Talk about "giving back". He was one man and he made a difference. Wow!

Our mission at WSN TV 75 is to provide information, education, entertainment, and economic opportunity to better the lives of 7 billion people to thrive in the new economy and learn to earn a decent living in the Information Age.

We are currently selecting financial partners from accredited investors and bankers to provide funding for our supercomputer network, FTTH projects, and state-of-the-art database systems. These projects will help us help you bring your multi-media content to the work marketplace better, cheaper, and faster.

Lastly, we are launching our educational initiative to help people and communities learn more about the critical need to implement a national fiber optic infrastructure to spawn economic development. Our business plan matches bankers with local communities to deploy fiber as an economic development tool. After the banker receives guaranteed  interest and principal on a billion dollar scale-20 year long term project loan, the fiber assets ownership will be turned over to the community.

Our TV production team is beginning production of a series of educational shows highlighting our business plan and FTTH projects. These shows will be aired on US Cable TV Networks and Internationally in 2004.

Times are exciting here in the cyber world!

Internet based business is affecting many traditional businesses and some not so traditional businesses. Take video stores for instance. It's easy to see how the Internet is affecting traditional video store sales. The consumer who has begun surfing the net has found all kinds of entertainment online and in the comfort of their home. Why get in the car and go rent a movie when you've got plenty to keep you occupied at your computer? But more interestingly, there are many businesses you might not have thought about that are also suffering losses. Remember the old time bookie that lived in the community and took bets on sporting events? They are facing stiff competition with the advent of online gambling. One online betting business started by two friends in 2000 (one a bond trader for a major investment house and the other a software specialist) has now become a billion dollar bookmaker business.

At this writing 48 US States are experiencing financial troubles and governments worldwide are experiencing some financial pain by budget deficits by digitalization, virtualization and globalization of world economy. Social safety net organized by charities, non-profit foundations, and NGOs are greatly needed to help outsiders of this new fiber driven economy who were downsized in jobs and failed in businesses. Fiber and software driven corporate productivity increases generated downsizing of tens of million of blue and white color workers worldwide past 20 years.

100 people can produce same amount of products by using factory automation and office Information Technology deployment as what it took 300 people to do 20 years ago.

Heavy deficit governments have certain limitations to guarantee 7 billion people with decent life support.

Those who are knowledgeable enough to make money on the Internet are not about to let go of their business and they will continue to improve their delivery of goods and services online. Traditional business that doesn't accept it will never be able to keep up.

From the Trenches of Fiber Home Society
    An Editorial from the Foundation

Full Broadband deployment will bring economic revitalization to disadvantaged areas and create a boom economy. If you don't believe it, just visit Korea where 20 world best IT products are being exported including wireless phones, memory chips and LCD monitors with 100% broadband penetration. In fact, visit the Asian Pacific. The December 2003 "BusinessWeek" featured an article on "The Rise of India". The article indicated that highly educated people living in India were becoming enmeshed in America's New Economy from Software development, It Consulting and Chip Design. This would not be possible without high speed internet access to connect India with companies in the US who are vying for their services to produce products on demand at cheaper prices than can be done by professionals in the US.

A one million home project can bring 1,000 Mbps FTTH to 10 communities of 100,000 homes and allow professionals to compete .

Many people in economic dead zones depend on government assistance, but they will choose to earn their own living when given the opportunity. People in India and Korea are now getting the opportunity by their government and corporations' investment in high-speed fiber.

This will cause a redistribution of wealth in the world. There are 10 million millionaires in the world. Their average wealth is $3 million for a total of $30 trillion. There are 50,000 super rich that have over $30 million each. There are 1,000 billionaires in the world.

The world's wealth is about $400 trillion. For the world's 6 billion people, this is an average of about $70,000 per person. This wealth generated about $40 trillion (10%) gross annual income. This is an average of about $7,000 income per person.

The top 0.15% of the global population owns 5% of the world's wealth. They are 33 times wealthier than the average person.

Half of the $400 trillion wealth is based on real estate and physical assets. When the real estate and physical assets based market bubble breaks, $100 trillion will migrate to the real estate free virtual world.

The number of millionaires is increasing in the Asian Pacific while the number of millionaires in the US and Europe is declining. This trend is due to the fact that the Asians are a highly educated population who have adapted quickly to information technology and are rapidly developing a new information based economy.

It will be interesting following the next 10-15 years as the fiber story unfolds and we see how it affects the global economy. There will surely be new millionaires and new poor who used to be wealthy as a result. More info: http://wsntv7511.com/index.php?content=wsntvbp.htm

    Options Made Easy

Have a little fun, maybe make a little money. Options aren't for everyone, but for those who want to learn, Jack makes it fun. Our stock trader news author is a reporter who loves investing.  As a reporter, rather than investment advisor he tells it the way he sees it. In plain english.  This time he's come out with a new e-book on Option Trading.  A public relations and marketing writer, Jack has a background in research and reporting.  He used that talent to discover the joy of option trading and wants to share it with interested investors.

Jack's unique and energetic writing style will keep you captivated while you learn all about "calls", "puts" and option trading.  Options are a cheaper way to invest in stock for a limited time.  Your risk is the amount of money you invest so it's not for your savings or big money.  But for small money that you are willing to risk for potential big percentage return, this might be the book you've been looking for. Of course, you know, the information in the book is the author's opinion alone, and does not represent any warranty or guarantees by WSN TV or the author.  With that said, take a look at the first three pages and see what you think.

Web site design, art in the digital world

You know how many people are out there claiming to be web site designers, when in fact they are really web site technicians?  Smart business people are beginning to realize that what makes the difference in whether someone visits, reads their site AND stays there long enough to buy something is due to how the site looks and works.  Both an artist and web designer, Raboo has taken art to the business world through his web design company.

For those who need a truly talented artist and web site designer to enhance their own web site.  Check it out at:

    Beatrice Art: Flowing rivers

Based on her own photographs from the auto show 2002 Paris, Beatrice transforms these valuable vehicles into flowing passageways. To express this 'asiatic' language of understanding, would appear as liquified metal flowing like a river, over the bumps, up and down the river, everywhere.
Her water-colors and oil paints of these deformed cars are really worthwhile to view. She can make a transformed painting of your car as well.

Mirrors on the Wall: Monumental water-colors

The Mirrors on the Wall project, by Rudolf Boogerman, consists of large water-colors, sometimes combined with oil paint, that represents philosophical or symbolic ideas in the form of stone walls. These walls are intended to act as mirrors which the observer can use to reflect upon himself or thoughts triggered by the images.
This is the reason why this project is called "Mirrors on the Wall".  The idea is based on observations from Oscar Wilde in his book "The portrait of Dorian Gray".

Rudolf Boogerman, both an artist and a multimedia expert, has been featured in the previous newsletter with his "London Series" - project, which also can be viewed on the site.  His water-color technique is very special and original, it doesn't look like water-color at all which is quite an interesting technique in itself.

Praxis Media: the art of video

Praxis Media Group Inc. was founded by Mike Jansen in May of 2000. Mike began his journey in the communications field in 1988 when he ran into a college classmate who talked Mike into doing a voice over for a video project. Mike put a demo tape together and began his voice over career. Mike left his job selling long distance telephone services in May of 1990 to pursue a full-time career in voice overs and now on-camera talents for television commercials and corporate training videos. In October of 1990 Mike took a job with an audio and video production company as a salesman and over time evolved his role into a producer, guiding projects to completion. His talent shines through his videos. He is a prolific producer so there is surely something to please everyone. http://wsntv7511.com/content/praxis-media
