Subject: Update of NIM draft for SciFi Performance.

Hello,
I have tuned Scifi alignment parameter for nov99 and
jun00 cosmic ray data.
By applying appropriate period dependent alignment parameters,
I updated a few figures in the NIM draft.
The postscript file is available as:
http://neutrino.kek.jp/~bockjoo/sftperform00.ps.
Jan01 cosmic ray data is also being tuned.
Shell scripts that does the job will be committed to
k2k repository soon.
