Instr. and Methods. The title is "Tracking Performance of the Scintillating Fiber Detecter in the K2K Experiment". The location and filename of the draft is : http://neutrino.kek.jp/~bockjoo/sftperform00.ps. This is the first round distribution. Please take a look at the draft and send me your comments by 18 May. I am hoping to be able to submit the final draft by the end of June or early July. Therefore, we might need to update some of plots and numbers in the current draft along the way to the final draft.
