Cosmic-ray analysis Ishida showed the result of cosmic-ray analysis. We will run with 100microsec gate (same as before). Iwashita shows the linearity of Npix and proposes a new method to do LED calibration without removing IIT. 2. Analysis *Park estimated the efficiency of MRD 1-4 planes and confirmed the efficiency of 97.5% except for 3rd plane. But, he finds that MUC-tracker tends to miss hits for short tracks. He will study it. *Boyd -- MUC-2d under study. 3.
