    Dear all,
    
     I've received the summary from you and now making the summary.
    And now I have some questions about the numbers.
    
    1) How did you calculate the expected number of interactions?
      In the summary, there are the numbers
      1.3789E-16 (for Nov.99-) and 1.3350E-16 (for June 99).
      How did you calcluate these numbers?
     (I used the following formula to obtain the expected number of events:
    
                        (rho(r<1.5m)*(1.5*1.5*pi)-rho(r<1.0m)*(1.0*1.0*pi))
      rho(1m<r<1.5m) = -----------------------------------------------------,
                                   (1.5*1.5*pi - 1.0*1.0*pi)
    
                          (rho(r<1.0m)*pi + rho(1m<r<1.5m)*(2.2*2.2-pi)
      rho(|x|&|y|<1.1m) = ---------------------------------------------,
                                          2.2*2.2
    
      where rho is the interaction rates.
    
      Obtained values of my calculations are
      1.382596E-16 (for Nov.99-) and 1.338272E-16 (for June 99).
    
    2) How did you obtain the expected numbers of interactions you have
       shown in the tables, which were
       2829.38 (for Nov.99-) and 314.16 (for June 99).
    
       I tried to obtain these values by the following formula but the
       results did not agree.
    
       expected # of events = POT * (interaction rate) * mass * efficiencies
    
    
    3) How can I obtain the numbers of events for June 99 M.C.
       In the detailed tables, generated # of events is 66499
       and the remaining number of events is 8393 but in 
       the summary table, the values are 64243.51 generated
       and 7717.23 remaining.
    
    
    4) How did you include the effect of drained tubes?
       Did you remove the events which occured in the drained tubes?
       Could you tell me the actual fiducial masses?
    
       In the tables, when you apply the correction at the last,
       number of event changes 
           from   8716 to   8393 for June 99 (96.2%)
       and
           from  25802 to  24241 for Nov.99- (94.0%).
       However, if you consider this effect at first, the changes are
           from  48415 to  46949 for June 99 (97.0%)
       and
           from 118073 to 111848 for Nov.99- (94.7%).
