"I would like to checkout latest FGD related database on k2krep CVS"

What large size? THIS FILE IS LESS THAN 42 KB!!!!

I don't understand why you will not commit these files. It makes it nearly
impossible to work outside of KEK.

Then please also make such directories at Stony Brook, Boston, UCI, Hawaii,
Washington, Seoul, Korea U, Chonnam, Dongshin, Kyoto, Mozumi, Kashiwa, Kobe,
Niigata, Okayama, Osaka, Tohoku, and SUT. Please also make a copy on my
    laptop.

Of course, I am not serious, but why do you insist on making it difficult
for people who sometimes work outside of KEK?

If you are really worried about disk space in the original repository, I
can make a new repository on one of the U.S. group computers that can be
used for just the database. We have enough spare disk space to make
this possible. If the U.S. group does not have enough disk space, we
    will buy more.
