Now, LG and VETO database is not maintained using CVS
because of their large size.

All LG & VETO database including RUNTABLE are maintained in
group-private directory.

I will take care to correctly construct /k2k/00c/db
structure from CVS(sf/muc) and LG/VETO local database.
